Seasons mark change. Autumn and Spring are changes, within changes to me! 

Hmmm what does that mean?

WINTER is solid and cold (in the N. Hemisphere)

SUMMER is hot and steamy (yes.. N. Hemisphere)

Fall and Spring can fluctuate more and be highly irregular. Inconsistent. 
Does that make you feel excited or nervous? Our ‘natal constitution’ is our natural response to life.  Some are thrilled by a roller coaster.. And some, not so much!

GINGER AND TANGERINE relate to this season…  Ginger helps digest and Tangerine encourages an uplifting view of situations.  Ginger warms and Tangerine soothes…

HOW TO USE???  

When you are ‘having a day’.. Perhaps feeling unstable and somewhat out of sorts.. Give yourself a foot rub just before bed!
